Due to rumors shared at an outdoor party between two insurance companies,

I am now compelled to set the records straight.

How many millions did auditor's actions cost Oklahoma?

Remember they knowingly sent an innocent man to prison.

Cindy Byrd was in the office with Gary Jones, when these lies were published.

Oklahoma should investigate every audit from when they entered office

for the protection of Oklahoma cities,

counties, public office and businesses.

Following details corrects audit of Kay County 2014-2018

Kay County District Attorney billed River Ridge $516,000.00

River Ridge billed $173,864.88 Jan 30, 2017, showed mistakes

Once River Ridge attorney sent bill to District Attorney, River Ridge never heard from DA again.

Corrected Audit- RR CPA was a Tax Attorney

There is a difference between cubic feet and cubic yard when turning in a bid!

Every part of this audit is wrong - even testimonies were changed and lied about

then put into all major newspapers.

Auditor's interviews given to RR attorneys after release of audit

Auditor told savings from using River Ridge and Kaw Nation had agreement preparing to purchase River Ridge.

Also told Oakland Road was a test.

There were no chance the auditor's office mis figured or just made a mistake.  These were evil lies.

Jim Summerall called to say River Ridge was being accused of crimes.

Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation, Richard Brown and Gayle Kammer accusing River Ridge bid rigging.  OMPA project was not connected to any Kay County projects.

This is the tactic used on Epic Charter Schools too.

According to County Clerk the documents showing money owed to Kay County and Blackwell citizens was sealed.  There are multiple agreements.

Until Oklahoma State Government illuminates the auditor's office, there won't be good to rule.

“Specifically, our office is concerned about publication of unsubstantiated criminal allegations

against private citizens,” Pruitt stated in a May 7 letter to state Auditor and Inspector Gary

Jones that was obtained by The Oklahoman through the state Open Records Act.

While River Ridge case is too old to fight, every audit for a decade should be reviewed especially if auditor comes up with media crimes or misspent monies.

Add to this:

Kay County - $171,000,000

   Some waste hauled to Stillwater

Tar Creek - See paperwork below.

Blackwell - 200 houses torn down $0 to owners

Kay County Citizens requested State Auditor be investigated - ignored.

Gayle Ward, Director of County Commissioners at the time of auditor coming into Kay County.

Gayle Ward was Oklahoma Association of County Commissioners before auditor accused her of misspent monies. August 2014 is when Gayle Kammer and OSBI agent started visiting River Ridge vendors. By October 11, 2014 is when Gayle sent her letter.

1973 hughes, halaburton and allen met to formulate ok roads

River Ridge to truck from Pitcher to Ponca City.  River Ridge refused.

Pitcher Ok is Tar Creek Superfund.

Address of homeowners losing their homes - paid $0

I did not want to leave these Blackwell citizens out.

And yes, this case not only had to do with BIA money,

lost bonding monies but also

toxic waste money hidden under court seal.
